Do we include personal data of third parties?

We do not process data of children under 14 years of age. To whom will your data be communicated?
Your personal data may be transferred to the companies that own the Residences operated by NODIS in order to contract the requested service. Such transfer of personal data is necessary for the execution or development of the contractual relationship and will be processed in order to comply with the provision of the contracted service.
Likewise, we inform you that your personal data may be shared between the companies that belong to the same group of companies as INTELLIGENT LOGISTICS, S.L. in order to manage, streamline, and comply with the provision of the contracted or requested service.
Finally, solely and exclusively by legal obligation, your data will be communicated to the State Tax Administration Agency and to banks and financial institutions for the collection of data for the services provided or product purchased, as well as to the data processors necessary for the execution of the agreement.
In the event of a purchase or payment, if you choose an application, website, platform, bank card, or any other online service, your data will be transferred to that platform or processed in its environment, always with a maximum measure of security.
When requested, the web development team will have access. In addition, maintenance companies and web hosting will have access to our website and data therein.

It depends on the law, but at most, in one month from your request, and two months if the issue is very complex and we notify you that we need more time.
